Beware of post-disaster scams
Unfortunately, some scammers use disasters as opportunities to take advantage of people. Remember: Blue Ridge Energy won’t email, text, or call to ask you to provide, update, or verify your personal or account information, such as passwords, Social Security numbers, personal identification numbers (PINs), or credit or debit card numbers. We also won’t use scare tactics, threats, or high-pressure language to get you to act quickly—but scammers will. If you think your Blue Ridge Energy account has been compromised, report it to us immediately.
