Blue Ridge Energy Line Technicians Continue Power Restoration
Just below freezing temperatures and continued icy weather caused extended outages for Blue Ridge Energy members Sunday evening.
Line technicians are working to repair system damage to restore the final two remaining outages in Alleghany County after some 1,130 members were impacted at the height of the outage earlier Sunday.
Blue Ridge Energy members can report all outages by calling 1-800-448-2383 or by using the Blue Ridge Energy mobile app. Outage updates are available on the cooperative’s live outage map at www.BlueRidgeEnergy.com and on the mobile app.
