Director Election Sign-up

If you prefer email rather than paper, you can sign up to receive your cooperative’s Board of Directors election kit electronically and vote online! The deadline to sign up for the 2025 election is 11:59 p.m. on April 15, 2025.

Those not signed up to receive the kit by email will receive a paper kit in the mail. It will include a proxy and postage-paid return envelope to cast your vote.
